I have a room in a two-bedroom Rains apartment (on campus) which I am looking to sublet to a male over the summer quarter. Some info:

• Bed is twin XL 
• Plenty of storage 
• Good size living room with TV and small kitchen (will remain fully equipped over the summer) 
• Free laundry service 
• Friendly roommate 
• Great location: it's a 5 minute cycle to Green Library and the centre of campus.

Dates: probably 7/1 - 11/15, but these are not yet fixed and can totally be flexible if you need the room slightly earlier/need to stay slightly later.
