We are looking for a roommate for a 5 BR/3BA place in a safe, quiet, and convenient neighborhood in East Palo Alto (we are just a few blocks from Ikea and from Highway 101). We are 4 males in our mid twenties (Stanford Class of 2012, and one Wisconsin-Madison grad -- we don't talk about him), and we enjoy board games, video games, sports, and socializing (we occasionally throw parties). Our ideal roommate would enjoy similar activities, would be in a similar age range (20s, male or female), and should be cleanly and easy going.

We're looking for somebody to sign a year lease starting in March. We'd be happy to have you over, show you around, etc.

Rent will be ~$800.
