1 bedroom with private bathroom (and bath/shower) in a quad. Huge living room with full-sized dining table. Fully equipped and stocked kitchen (two fridge/freezers, dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove). Will have 3 male roommates, but would only share the kitchen and living room with them.

Furnished with 1 full-sized bed, desk, side table, external monitor, dishes and silverware, towels, linens, pillows, and book shelf. Large closet. Air conditioned. Would have to share fridge with one other person. Free washing and drying in building. Central location (Munger Building 3, 1st floor).

Rent $1429/month and can be adjusted per week. Ideally looking for someone who will rent for the full spring (and possibly summer), but I'm flexible so please contact me.
