My partner and I are looking to find someone to sublease our apartment in Berkeley. We love this place, but work circumstances necessitate our move back to the Peninsula. Please let me know if you or a friend might be interested in the apartment. Ideal move-in/out dates would be February 27 and May 31, though we can work with individual needs. The apartment is in a house that has been split into 3 units. There's an outdoor patio, laundry, dishwasher, big windows, a very large closet, and garage storage.
