The rent will be $700 with estimated $75 in utilities for total of $775. Our utilities charge covers the following:

1. Internet connectivity
2. Electricity, water, gas, garbage
3. A housekeeper who comes bi-weekly cleans the house, does all the dishes, takes our garbage and will also clean your room and do your laundry if you wish.
4. A bunch of basic household supplies - cleaning material, paper towels, disposable plates etc.

We are open to renting a room out to 1 person only, male only please.
