I am subletting my bedroom in a junior studio apartment in Kennedy Graduate Residences (located in the middle of EV) for spring quarter.

You will have access to my bedroom and private bathroom, as well as the shared kitchen, in addition to the communal amenities such as laundry room, study room and TV room.

The apartment is fully stocked with silverware, cooking accessories, cleaning supplies, microwave, refrigerator + freezer, stove, oven, large desk, extra-long full-size bed, sofa, bookshelf, closet, etc. Wi-fi, water, utilities are included.
