My roommate will be occupying her own room over the summer, and she's a delight! There's a laundry room next-door with an overabundance of machines. There is ample parking which is free on the weekends and after 4pm; for daily use you'd have to buy a pass ($31.25/month). The apartment overlooks a beautiful grass lawn, and sits in a really quiet neighborhood. Trader Joe's, University Avenue, and the Palo Alto Caltrain station are all just under 2 miles away.

Rent is $1400/month. The apartment can be vacant as early as 6/3 and is available until 8/20. The rental dates are flexible if you don't need it the whole time. Please message me if interested!
