Dear Stanford Community,

I hope this email finds you well! Justin and I are alumni from Stanford (I graduated 2011, Justin 2014). We currently live in East Palo Alto, on East O'Keefe Street. Our place is located by the Four Seasons, and we are currently looking for 1-2 housemates for our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. A couple fun facts about our place: 

• Our place is an apartment, but also a tutoring center--we serve East Palo Alto elementary/middle school students twice a week (Mondays/Thursdays) by helping them with their homework at our place

-Our rent may be the cheapest in the market currently. Split four ways (if you are willing to bunk bed in your room), the rent will be about $500-600 a person; split three ways, the rent will be about $700-800 a person.

-We would love to have people who would be interested in being a part of our mission serving the kids of our neighborhood, helping them with their academics, social support, and spiritual growth.

Please let me know if you may be interested:) You can move in as early as April.
