I'm subletting my room in Rains Houses from April 28th to June 3rd.

Fully furnished, renovated last year (see pictures). 5min bike ride and 15min walk to the engineering quad. 3 roommates, $1,120 per month (normal Rains rent). Depending on the situation, there can be some flexibility on the start and end date.

This is not a gender-neutral apartment, so only guys can apply.

Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
