The other bedroom will be occupied by a male Stanford postdoc from Switzerland who is hardworking, clean, quiet, and responsible. I have really enjoyed living here: very good roommate, excellent location, and the apartment itself is very comfortable. Very private since you have your own bedroom and bathroom.

ABOUT YOU: You should be respectful of the cleanliness of shared areas, and don't wear shoes in the apartment.

COST: The sublet is $2,000/month for a single occupant and $2,100/month for a couple. Monthly bills including utilities and cable internet typically total ~$100/month per person.

DATES: The room is available on April 16th. The lease ends May 31st, 2017 with options to renew afterward.
