I have one bedroom in Lyman 2BR/1Bath apartment to sublease for the summer. Kitchen, living room and bathroom shared. Available from 15 June to 25 September. If you need to slightly stretch it one way or another, we can talk.

The apartment is in the 4th floor, see attached photos to judge the furnishings. In the bedroom: a twin bed, some shelves, closet, desk. I have a portable AC in the room which you may choose to use. You may also choose to use a hoover, iron, kitchen equipment etc. if you need or I will remove these appliances. Washing and drying in the commons.

Lyman has great location on campus: West Campus tennis courts, golf driving range and Ricker Dining are right next to the Lyman complex. AOERC gym on Santa Teresa is 5 minute walk, Engineering quad is 7 minute walk. On bike even faster.

The price is the official rate for Lyman, i.e., $1,179/Month, adjusted per day. I would also need a $300 deposit, returned upon leaving the room in the same good condition as you will find it.
