We are subleasing our 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in a couple's mid-rise building from June 2-11 in Escondido Village (graduate student housing). Apartment is fully furnished with two sofas (one is a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2!) and a comfy armchair. Big TV with Blu-ray and Apple TV. Fully equipped kitchen. Lovely balcony with lots of light (faces the east). Bikes also available if needed. Price ($60/night) does not include security deposit. Pictures on request.
