Shared living room and kitchen with 2 or 3 other male graduate students. The room is furnished (full-sized bed, desk, side table, book shelf) with a nice palm tree view. Comes with free wifi, washing and drying, and utilities.

Looking for around $1400 per month and would prefer someone who can sublet for at least most of June through mid August.
