The house is well-maintained and has a homey feel to it. There is a beautiful garden and patio space in the backyard, which is ideal for sipping a lemonade in the warm breeze while the sausages are grilling. It even has an outdoor table with an automatic camp fire for kicking back in the cool evenings.
I am sadly moving to the city after living here the past 2+ years. There are 3 others in the house. People aren’t around that often due to work. When people are around we maintain a chill vibe by drinking a beer, doing a yoga session, or hanging in the backyard hangout.
The property is on a major Palo Alto bike corridor and is a 5 minute ride from the Cal Ave Caltrain station and a 15 minute ride from the Stanford campus. There is ample unpermitted street parking.
Sublease price is $1350 per month (plus utilities, internet, cleaning) rent, and $1350 deposit.
