I have a room in a four-bedroom, newly renovated Escondido South apartment (on campus) which I am looking to sublet to a female over the summer quarter. The apartment is clean, quiet, and newly renovated--and least expensive housing option on the Stanford campus! Here's some more info:

• Bedroom includes twin XL bed, desk, chair, dresser, bookshelf and closet.
• Good size living room and kitchen, which will remain fully equipped over the summer.
• Free laundry service next door.
• Sweet, clean, and considerate roommates.
• Great location: it's a 5 minute cycle to Green Library and the center of campus, 7 minutes to the med school.

Dates: 6/16 - 8/20.

Rent: $750/month, with a fully-refundable $300 deposit. Dates of rent payment can be negotiated.
