I have let my room in Rains for the summer, but am posting this in case anyone needs it for a short time before my subleaser arrives. The room is in a two-bedroom, newly renovated Rains apartment (on campus). Some info:

• Bedroom includes twin XL bed, desk, chair, dresser and closet (plenty of storage space) 
• Good size living room and kitchen, which will remain fully equipped over the summer 
• Free laundry service very nearby 
• Friendly and considerate roommate 
• Great location: it's a 5 minute cycle to Green Library and the centre of campus 7 minutes to the med school.

Dates: 6/14 - 6/28 (so two weeks).

Rent: $450 (below actual rent), with a fully-refundable $300 deposit (happy to take this off the rent at the end).
