I'm a current Stanford Law student who is leaving the Bay Area for the summer. My room is available to rent during that time, starting June 3rd to mid-to-late September (I'm flexible on dates).

The room itself is incredibly spacious (it's the second biggest in the home), has a private full bathroom, and is private and secluded (there is only neighboring room). The room also has a giant closet (the entire wall on one side is the closet), and, if desired, comes with a TV, second monitor, bed, and other furniture.

The house is spacious as well, and includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, living area, dining area, and backyard.

The room also comes with a parking spot in either the driveway or the garage!

Rent is 1495 + utilities.
