Be careful with sublets this summer, many of the buildings on campus have windows that face towards the construction site that is noisy starting at 8 in the morning. My room faces towards the street and away from the construction site, so it is substantially quieter.

I also have a 2007 Honda Fit Sport with a Stanford parking permit that is available for rental during the same time period. Let me know if you are interested in getting a deal on renting both. Having a car makes transportation around the city much easier. In non rush hour, driving to parts of SF takes 40 minutes vs 2 hours on public transit. A car also makes getting groceries much easier.
