summer sublet available for stanford graduate student, postdoc, researcher, faculty, employee or affiliate. new building (kennedy residences) in escondido village (opened in august 2014, i've been the only resident), junior studio, personal bathroom, kitchen shared with 1 person, full closet, furnished (includes full extra-long bed) good amount of space and very private, sublet by very clean and organized person. next door to huge spacious lounge. access to the kennedy center (rec room, tv rooms, computer labs, laundry).

Available from approximately June 14 - September 20 while I am away for research. dates slightly flexible. $1094/month. $3555 entire period (9 weeks). can leave linens and kitchen supplies.

Only interested in inquiries for the FULL/MAJORITY of the sublet period. Prioritize someone who is organized, as well as someone who will let me store a few items in the storage space. If you can water a few plants, even better (but not required!). These units are in high demand as they are new, private, and very affordable for what you get.

There will an additional security deposit of $500, fully refundable at the end of stay in case of no damage to apartment, and in clean condition (sorry to add all this, we spent a lot of time cleaning after sublettors last year!). I have two previous sublettors who both very much enjoyed living in my place.
