Hello! I'm looking to sublet my Rains two-bedroom, one-bath apartment on the Stanford campus for three months (June-Sept). Since my roommate left a few months ago, you would get a private bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom all to yourself.

The apartment is quiet and fully furnished. It is 3 min walking to Ray's Grill and a 7 min bike ride to both Trader Joe's and the Main Quad.

If you have a car, there is parking right behind the apt--one can buy a permit from Stanford P&TS.

You must be a Stanford affiliate (no undergraduates, though) and I would prefer females. Only interested in sublicensees who can pay the full rent for three months (~$3400 + a refundable $250 deposit).
