Looking to sublet a 4 BR / 3 BA house in Menlo Park for the summer. Would prefer to sublet full house, but open to subletting rooms individually. Rent for the house is $6400/month + utilities. Three rooms are available as of June 21 and fourth is available as of June 28. Available until early September (end date is flexible, but sometime around 9/17)

House is a 10 min drive from campus. Two of the bedrooms are on first floor with shared bathroom and the other two are on the second floor each with an en-suite bathroom. House also has two spacious living rooms with a pretty big kitchen and a dining room. First floor is pretty open (kitchen to living room to dining room) and house as a nice porch and a backyard. There's a garage (where my roommates and I will probably store some things over the summer) and a washer & dryer.
