Hello! I'm looking to sublet my Escondido South two-story, three-bedroom, one-bath apartment on Stanford's campus. The apartment is fully furnished, with a living room, dining room, kitchen, and outdoor gated patio to park your bike. Rent is $981 per month ($229 per week).

Utilities, wifi, and laundry are included in the rent. There is parking right next to the apartment. The apartment is just a few minutes' bike ride to the main quad.

You must be a Stanford affiliate (no undergraduates, though) and female. I have two female graduate-student roommates who will be sharing the apartment over the summer. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
