Stanford business school students are subletting their two-story, fully-furnished home starting July 1 through September 22 (dates are negotiable). The house includes four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, in-house laundry, and private yard. Master bedroom has own private bathroom and would be suitable for a couple if interested.

House is located at 88 Loyola Avenue in Menlo Park, just a short drive from Safeway and Stanford Shopping Center and a 15 min drive from Stanford's campus. The place is ideal for a group of students interning in the Bay Area or for a family.

Our preference is to sublet to a group, but we would also be open to subletting individual rooms for $1250-1850 + utilities, depending on the room.
