My roommate Kevin and I have a room available in Sunnyvale, CA, from May 22nd to August 11th.

Rent is $1600 all inclusive, room is approximately 11’x10’, fully furnished (full bed, desk, chair), with a 4.5'x4.5' walk in closet attached, shared bath with 1 person, and attached garage, washer/dryer, and ample visitor parking. WiFi/Cable are included.

The house is a 3 story, 1700 sqft townhome, 3BR/2.5BA, boasts high ceilings, baby-grand piano, full kitchen, and is fully furnished. Bedrooms are upstairs and sound does not carry downstairs or upstairs.

We are two engineers in our mid 20s, open-minded, easy-going and tidy, and live a very mellow lifestyle. We often cook, play video games, enjoy the occasional drink, and my roommate is an avid pianist.
