Our 3-bedroom apartment in Escondido Village is available to sublet to Stanford-affiliated occupants. The apartment is available from June18th until September 18th. Price is $2510 per month plus a $2510 deposit (completely refundable upon inspection of apartment after you move out).

The apartment will be fully furnished. The bedrooms contain the following:
Master: 1 queen bed, 1 desk, 1 dresser
Bedroom: Crib, dresser, toy kitchen, changing table, bookcase
Bedroom: Toddler bed, dresser, bookcase, shelves with toys

There is one bathroom upstairs.

If twin beds are needed in the bedrooms, we can check with housing and see if this request can be granted.
