Due to a summer internship, I will be leaving the area for the summer, and am subletting this awesome apartment!
(This is a single studio in Escondido Village)

Dates available: June 25 - September 24

I am looking for someone who wants the apartment for at least 12 weeks and/or willing to pay the full $4,245 for the entire period.

BUILDING ATTRIBUTES:
Located in Studio 5.

• Apartment is right next to stairs for easy and quick access
• Free laundry rooms
• 3 minute walk from tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts.
• Very close to group study room and lounge area
• Very large/spacious private bathroom!

APARTMENT INCLUDES:

• Will leave dishes, silverware, cooking accessories, cleaning supplies, microwave, iron + board
• Refrigerator, stove, oven, large desk, full XL bed, sofa, bookshelf, closet
• Wifi, water, utilities, etc included

Preference will be given to those who sublease for the entire period.
