Current law student living in a Munger 1 quad (four women). I'll be working elsewhere for the summer, and I don't intend to return until the sublease ends (super flexible on an end date for that reason; I don't need to be back until a few days before fall classes start and even then, do I really?). I'm open to an agreement for any window of time from 8 weeks to the whole summer. Standard rate is $1493/mo, but I'm good with $1350 if you are (i.e., $4,050 for the summer if you take the three month maximum).

As a note, I can also pay to have the room professionally cleaned before you move in, with the expectation that it will be cleaned appropriately before you move out. I expect I'll be leaving some books on the shelves and clothing in a dresser (which is additional furniture I brought, so the usual Munger closet space will be available). Dishes, cookware, linens will all be available if you'd like to use them.
