Current law student living in a Munger 1 quad (four women). I'll be working elsewhere for the summer, and I don't intend to return until the sublease ends. Standard rate is $1493/mo, but I'm good with a rate of $1400/mo if you are (i.e., $350 a week, or $1,050 for the full time offered).

As a note, I can also pay to have the room professionally cleaned before you move in, with the expectation that it will be cleaned appropriately before you move out. I expect I'll be leaving some books on the shelves and clothing in a dresser (which is additional furniture I brought, so the usual Munger closet space will be available). Dishes, cookware, linens will all be available if you'd like to use them.
