I am looking to sublet my studio apartment in Escondido Village this summer. Info:

• Single occupant residence, with 1 bedroom, 1 bath and an attached kitchen.

• Available from June 9ish to Sept 23, dates are negotiable

• Rent from Stanford is typically $1482/month, BUT if you are staying for the entire time (June 9 - Sept 23) the price can be $1382/month

• Located in Studio 3 Building Complex (37 Angell Court, Stanford CA).

• My room is especially COOL during the hot summer

• Very quiet location, noise-free building

• Spacious, clean, private room

• Full size bed, bedding can be included if preferred

• Fully furnished, including kitchen appliances and dishes (large refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, pots, pans, etc.)

• Has a sofa, desk, computer chair, bar stools, among other furnishings

• 10-15 min walk/ 5 min bike ride to center of campus

• 3 min walk to the Stanford Marguerite bus stop (which can get you on campus in around 10 min)

• 5 min walk to Ray's Grill (restaurant in EV)

• Laundry room near the ground floor that can be used for FREE!
