We're subletting a great property in Mountain View for the summer, from June 21 until the start of fall quarter.

LOCATION: The address is 120 Montelena Court, Mountain View, CA 94040. It's in a calm area of Mountain View, walking/biking distance to a shopping complex with a Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Walmart, and more as well as a Caltrain stop. 10 mins from Google.

COMFORTS: The apartment itself is 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, with a kitchen, living room, plenty of storage/closet space, and shared outdoor space within the complex. The furniture is pretty new (bought within the past year or so). We made the decision to live here, and we're looking forward to it. You would be sharing the apartment with two clean male graduate students. You would have a private bedroom, private bathroom, and access to all apartment facilities.

PRICE: 1750 per month, plus utilities
