Must be:

1. Furnished. Basic furniture would be fine. Bed. Desk. Kitchen Appliances.
2. Almost cover the time window 5/29-9/8. Several days of mismatch is fine.
3. Very quiet, at least from 11pm to 9am every day.
4. If shared, must be living with a female / females.

Preferred but not necessary:

1. 1b1b preferred, but share kitchen/living room is fine, too.
2. close to downtown Palo Alto, but 20-min drive is fine, too.
3. Rent is within $2000 / month, but a reasonable over-budget is fine, too.
