Hi I'm looking for a reliable sublet for my standard studio in EV over the summer. Please find details below.

Housing information:

-Location: Studio 5 in EV (https://rde.stanford.edu/studenthousing/escondido-village-studios).
-Floor: 4 (elevator in the building)
-Occupancy: 1-2 people (no gender limit)

-What's inside: king-size bed, big desk, closet, book shelf, sofa (good for 2 people), kitchen, bathroom (shower and tub). I have some utensil and cookware that you may feel free to use.

-Nearby facilities: computer cluster, lounge for party, laundry room, all located in the commons for Studio 5&6 (within 1-min walking distance next to the building).

Rental information:

-Available period: 6/25 - 7/21 (this is the maximum range of sublet period, shorter than this is fine)
-Rent: $1,274 (pro-rated according to the housing rates at https://rde.stanford.edu/studenthousing/rates-billing.

-Requirement:

1. Must be Stanford-affiliated for contracting (need to show proof of Stanford affiliation)
2. Clean up upon move-out such that the room is at the same condition on move-in (I will also clean up before your move-in)
