I'm a mid-twenties girl seeking a female roommate to join me and my 2 adorable cats in an amazing apartment complex in Redwood City. I live in a 2bdr 1bth apartment, which would run each of us $1434/month (utilities are usually less than $125/mo). Amenities include proximity to the train station (and tons of awesome Downtown places: Safeway, CVS, Philz Coffee, Century 20 Cinemas, Stacks, Barnes and Noble, etc.), laundry facilities, pool and bbq area, fitness center, wifi, mirror sliding closet doors, dishwasher, private balcony and more! I can send you a link to the website upon request. Move-in date between June 1st and June 4th, depending on your availability and needs! Your room would be unfurnished, but the living room is fully furnished and the kitchen is relatively well equipped.

About me: I'm finishing up my Master's at Stanford GSE this summer and will be working as an academic tutor for a nearby company! I'm reasonably clean and neat but not a cleanliness hall monitor. Vacuum a lot because of my kitties. I bake cookies in times of stress. I'm a socially skilled introvert, and I love meeting and talking to new people but usually hang out in low-key ways, such as movie nights/jigsaw puzzle tea parties/cook-offs, etc. Mostly hang out with my twin brother, who works at Google. Something of a night owl. Unbridled love for high quality coffee.

About my cats: They're 2-year-old littermates named Scout and Jem, a girl and boy respectively. They're litter trained, healthy and up to date on all their vaccines, adorable, and love to cuddle. I have all necessary toys and accessories for them, and will of course be paying for all their expenses.

About you?: Professional working/studying in the area. Please be courteous, respectful, mindful of cleanliness, and kind to my cats :) Non-smoker. Reliably pay your rent and half of utilities. You can of course have friends over, as well as the occasional overnight guest, but not looking for a third roommate situation. There's a 2 pet limit, so you unfortunately can't have a pet of your own :(
