I'm subletting my room in a 4-bedroom house in Atherton, address 45 Nora Way (about 12min from campus).

It is a very house large with a nice backyard and grill, living room and dining area is large and nice. The whole room including closet and shelves and an individual bathroom. House is fully furnished, has dishwasher, washing machine, drying machine and parking space. There are two other bedrooms available for rent (and possibly another room might also become available) so we could consider renting the entire house to a group.

The move-in date would be on or after July 1st, the move-out date would be around the 15th September (some flexibility here).

The price is 2,100 per month.
