The unit is located on Stanford University's campus in Escondido Village (Stanford Family Housing).

Per university subletting rules, applicants MUST be affiliated with Stanford University (i.e.,summer school students, post-docs, etc.). No pets allowed.

Rent includes internet, trash, water, and electricity. Rent also includes unlimited use of the University's laundry facilities.

Applicants should be clean and respectful of owners' property.

$400 security deposit required.
