My roommate decided to head back East to be closer to family, so, I’m looking for someone to fill her spot in my 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Redwood City!
Rent: $1400/month plus utilities (~$100/month) 
Available: June 1st – August 31st (with flexibility on move-in/out dates) 
Room details: The room will be partially furnished, with a mattress and ample closet space.
Apartment details: 3rd floor with a large balcony that has a beautiful view. It’s small (~650 sq ft), but my roommate and I have found it to be very comfortable. The apartment complex has a laundry room and a pool. No gym, but the local YMCA is a 7-minute walk away and is a great facility. 
Location: Right off Woodside in RWC. 1.5 miles to Caltrain/downtown. Flat, easy 30-minute bike ride to campus. Literally next door to Starbucks and Safeway. 
Me: I work at a big tech company and also teach part-time at Stanford. I keep myself busy, and this apartment makes a great homebase.
