We are looking to sublet our fully furnished 4 bedroom house in Los Altos Hills from July 1st through September 15th (both dates can be negotiated).

The house is quite beautiful, with a pool, double-height living room, outdoor sunny deck with loungers, a huge kitchen and living space, tons of parking, a large yard, outdoor grill, washer/dryer, etc. The address is 28238 Christopher Lane, Los Altos Hills, very close to Stanford, Tesla, Merrill Lynch, and Downtown Palo Alto. We're right next to the highway, providing easy driving access to SF.

One of the bedrooms is a master bedroom with a private bathroom and window-doors that open directly into our pool and garden. The other three bedrooms share two bathrooms. We would prefer to sublet the entire house, but are also open to subletting individual rooms if there is demand for that. Rent is $9,000 per month, inclusive of utilities, wifi, and pool maintenance.
