Hi this is Rita and I am looking for a female Stanford affiliate to sublet my room at the Escondido Village (EV) Low Rise.

The apartment is a two-bedroom flat, which is an one-story building. The apartment is neat and clean, with free WI-FI and all utilities (water, electricity, laundry) included. You will share the living-room, kitchen and bathroom with another Stanford female affiliate. Also, I will provide all dishes, cookers, and other cooking-related stuffs if needed.

I am looking for a renter from 7.1 to 7.22, with a rent of $1100 (including all utilities).
