I am subletting one room in 2BD/1Bath in a two-story apartment located in Escondido Village (on campus) for the period from June,15, 2017 to September, 20, 2017.

Looking for a female Stanford affiliate to sublet room at the EV. Need to share the bathroom and spacious living area with a family (two adult and one baby) and no guest allowed to the apt. Baby is a friendly manner. The apartment is also equipped with free Wi-fi. There is also free laundry. Preference is given to who is using kitchen rarely.
I'm asking for $850/month or $350 per week. I would love to find a subletter for 6/15 - 9/20, however, those dates are flexible.
