I'm subletting my bedroom in a 2BR/1BA apartment. Room has a big sliding door and french balcony that looks out north to the Oakland hills. Only gets a little morning sun, so it's cool in the summer. There's a big desk to work at, sitting chair, and twin bed. I'll be gone 2 months, so I'm looking for someone who can fill most of that time, though I am flexible on exact dates.

Price is $808 x 2month = $1616 + $450 deposit = $2066

The apartment has a shared kitchen and bathroom. Furniture and linens provided. There is not a lot of storage space in the apartment.
