I'm subletting my room in a 2-bedroom apartment (one male roomate, graduate student at Stanford) in the third floor of Rains graduate housing, address 228 Ayrshire Farm Lane.

This apartment has recently been renovated. The whole room including closet and shelves will be cleaned out prior to the move-in date.

The move-in date would be on or after the 25th of June, the move-out date would be around the 20th September (dates are flexible).

The price is for the whole period, calculated via the daily rate, $ 39, times the number of days, 87. For fewer days, the rate will be adjusted accordingly.
