I am subletting my room in Rains for the summer. Dates are June 12 to September 25th, and rent is 1126/month.

The room is in one of Rains' 2-bedroom apartements. There is a living room with a kitchen area, two bedrooms (my roommate is staying for the summer), and a shared bathroom.

Rains common areas include laundry (free) / music / study rooms, bbq, volleyball court, close to a yoga studio.
