Monthly rates:
Single = $1450
Double = $1250 per person
Den (a large living room that has been used as a single) = $1150

This house is beautiful and in Palo Alto on Middlefield Road. It is close to a Phillz, Starbucks, Safeway, and CVS. Also, very close to Google.

Dates are from around June 18th - September 22nd.

House has washer dryer, fridge, kitchen, etc. Utilities are around $100 a month. There also is a backyard. It is in a nice, safe neighborhood and already has some Stanford students as residents.
