I'm subletting my EV studio 3 apartment from June 14 to July 5 (dates are somewhat flexible). It's a 2-minute walk to marguerite bus stop, 10-minute walk to campus, Starbucks, and walking distance to California avenue.

The room comes fully furnished, including full kitchenware. Free laundry is available in the building next door. It is pretty cool over the summer and quiet over the day.

I'm asking for $900 for the entire period (3 weeks) plus $200 security deposit, which will be returned at the end of the sublease.

I'm looking for a clean, responsible non-smoker, preferably a female subletter. Please feel free to email me with any questions!
