I will be moving to Austin for the summer and subletting my room. Move in and move out dates are flexible. The room comes with a private bathroom. Two windows, with plenty of sunlight. The house has its own laundry unit and parking spaces. The house is a 10 minute walk from California Ave and is a 15 minute bike from Stanford.

The rent is $1425/- month. You will be sharing the house with 3 other Stanford grads, medical students and young professionals. They're busy on their rotations so you'll be joining a quiet, clean house.
