Prime location: The house is super close to California Avenue and many good restaurants, as well as the Cal train station. Also 5 mins from Stanford Campus, 10 mins from University Avenue and 12 mins from Mountain View. The area is super safe and beautiful for a quick run in the evening.

Amenities: All communal areas in the house are furnished with well-maintained furniture. Basic furniture for your bedroom will be available upon request. A large flat screen in the living room + cleaning equipment + basic kitchen cutlery is also available. Lots of storage and closet space. Washer/Dryer available in unit.

Community: The house is part of a beautiful gated community (see pictures), and there is access to a pool+ Jacuzzi. There is allotted parking space for one car.

Flat-mates: The other bedroom in the house is shared by a couple who are both Ph.D. students at Stanford. They are friendly, accommodating and great cooks !
