Summer sublet, ideal for the time you remodel your home, summer courses at Stanford or family visiting.

We are looking for a responsible person or couple (with or without kids) who will rent for the entire period or a few weeks (need to agree on the period).

The house is located in a safe and quiet area of San Carlos, conveniently close to downtown and to shopping/restaurants, 15 minutes walk to caltrain.

• 3BR/2BA house
• Fully furnished: large flat-screen TV and fireplace in living room, separate dining room, big spacious fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, toaster. Washer and dryer in unit.

Bedrooms: master bedroom with king size mattress and bathroom, 2nd bedroom with queen size sofa bed and desk, 3rd bedroom with bunk beds.

Large backyard with outdoor dining table and barbecue
We will store all our personal stuff in the garage.
