1 bedroom sublet available in couple-apartment in EV mid-rise in Escondido Village. You will have the whole apartment for yourself (Bedroom + Bathroom + Living room and kitchen + Balcony). It's good for couple, and will be very spacious for single. The monthly rate is $1917, so the prorated rent will be $958 for two weeks (tentatively July 2- July 15). Date is slightly flexible but we should discuss and finalize the date soon. Room is equipped with standard Stanford furniture; kitchen has basic cookware/plates that you are welcome to use. You will also have an access to free laundry facility within the building.

Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
