Purchased in 2016 from Brookstone.com the exact back and neck massager. It is no longer sold on Brookstone.com but is sold through Bed Bath and Beyond.

Used about 5-10 times and then put away in the original box and receipt. It works great and is in excellent/brand new condition. I just never have the time to use a massager.
