I'm subletting my room in the Rains housing complex on Stanford's campus. You must be a female Stanford affiliate to sublet the room. You must also be a US citizen. (No Stanford undergrads)

The room is 1 bedroom in an apartment of 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The room, shared common areas, and bathrooms are fully furnished.

The room is furnished with a full size bed, a desk, dressers and a bookcase. I will be able to clear out sufficient space for you in the room before you arrive. I have subletted out this room over previous summers and it has been a great experience for all involved.

There's an easy paperwork and approval process with Stanford's housing office once we come to an agreement that I will lead you through. The sublicense agreement requires documentation of your Stanford affiliation.

The sublet is available from July 9 until September 24. I am a bit flexible on the start and end dates. The cost will be prorated for the number of days you occupy it. The monthly rate is $1,120/month. Photos upon request.
